SEA DAY enroute to LABADEE, HAITI

Great. I woke up with the sniffles. I knew it was a bad idea, physically to go to the party at Amy’s room. I should have slept, but I am glad still I went since it answered questions for me. I feel like crap though. It is going to be a long day.

And it was.

I don’t remember too much, except that as the day went on I felt worse and worse, and my sneezing and coughing got worse. I absolutely did not want to go to Medical. I don’t want to be declared UFD, (Unfit for Duty), and get stuck in my cabin again. I am brazening it out.

I have asked Luis and Hettie, our schedulers, to please give me the morning to sleep. I need a good night’s rest to get my body well. Tonight I am taking a melatonin before I go to the Honeymooners, and will have a glass of champagne. That ought to knock me out.
